The Hairdreams group of companies follows a strict set of standards that go far beyond the industry norm in sourcing its human hair.

Hairdreams….

• uses only healthy, untreated hair from adults who voluntarily donate their hair at their own will

• will never use hair from children or involuntary donors

• uses only hair from living physically and mentally healthy people

• fairly compensates each donor

• ensures that all parties involved in the sourcing and processing of Hairdreams human hair receive fair compensation and perform their work in humane conditions with the highest possible health and safety standards

• will never employ child laborers or involuntary workers

• treats all employees with dignity and respect and ensures that no one is discriminated against in hiring and ongoing employment relationships

• acquires human hair exclusively from intermediaries who contractually undertake to comply with all the above set of rules
